Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is received. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

If there is an unexpected delay, we will contact you at the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping-confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Delivery Estimates

USPS Priority Mail delivery times vary by destination. Delivery estimates begin after an order ships and are not guaranteed.

Karen Grace Designs is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or misdelivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend it.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible at info@karengrace.com. Please include your order number and, for damaged items, clear photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you and USPS to resolve the issue.
